Approach to therapy:


My approach to therapy is flexible and tailored to my clients' needs. Before deciding which direction best suits you, my goal is to understand you and your situation. Some clients need more direction and input in order to control their anxiety or reduce the chaos that seems unmanageable; others have a strong sense of what they need to talk about and work best with a deep listener who can ask the right questions. By using a variety of approaches, I can help you engage your life in a fresh way that recognizes and deals honestly with the obstacles and difficulties.

 


Looking at our lives and our selves honestly can be difficult, even painful, but it can also be the first step toward freedom and growth. I consider it a privilege to witness the transformation and healing that can take place in therapy.
