Payment Information

Rates

My regular rate is $95 for an individual, 45-minute session. Couple/family sessions often require more time and are priced accordingly. Evening hours are available on a limited basis and also incur a higher fee. I will slide my scale in order to accommodate those who could not otherwise afford therapy. This decision is made on a case by case basis.

Insurance

I have chosen not to work with insurance companies. However, it is possible that your insurer would cover my services as an out-of-network provider. To determine whether my services are covered, please contact your insurer. I am happy to provide invoices which you may submit to them for this purpose. By not participating in traditional insurance or preferred plans, I am able to invest the time and effort normally spent on paperwork in offering affordable services for those who could not otherwise have them.

 

You may use health savings account/flex spending account cards to cover payment.

Payment Methods

Cash, checks and credit cards (including health savings account cards) are accepted. Payment is made at the time of the appointment. 

Cancellation Policy

When we make an appointment to meet, I will reserve that time especially for you. If you find you are unable to make the appointment, please cancel at your earliest convenience so that someone else may have the opportunity to use that time. There is a fee for late cancellations ($40 fee for less than 48 hours notice, full fee for less than 24 hours notice). I do not charge for emergency cancellations.
